  • Managed site situated at the edge of an elegant spa town
  • Convenient transport service
  • Great parks and historic sights
Situated right on the edge of an elegant spa town, Cheltenham Racecourse Caravan Club Site is a desirable site and the perfect base from which to explore the delights of the area. The town of Cheltenham is a short walk or cycle ride from the caravan site through a nearby park, or you can use the convenient regular transport service provided by the Park and Ride. The site is also well placed for visiting the city of Gloucester with its Cathedral and other historic buildings. 50 of the 76 pitches on site are hardstanding so you have a very good chance of securing a hardstanding pitch which gives you more opportunity to tour even when the weather is bad! Cheltenham Racecourse Caravan Club Site puts a wealth of fun activities within easy reach. With its tree-lined promenade and colonnaded buildings, the Regency Spa town is an absolute pleasure for the pedestrian. Regent Arcade provides a wide range of shops, cafes and restaurants and you will want to take in the sight of the delightful Wishing Fish Clock. The Everyman Theatre is available for those wanting to experience a little culture as well as enjoying the scenic views of its well maintained gardens. Why not experience the thrill of the races? Famed for the Cheltenham Gold Cup, held every year in March, the racecourse has fixtures throughout the year. Plan your next break with the help of our race day calendar for all upcoming events. All in all, the caravan site offers enough memorable attractions to keep visitors returning time and again. Non-electric economy pitch discounts For 2015, non-electric economy pitches are now available at a 50% discounted rate on this site - That's £1.50 per night (per capita fees still apply). You can find out more information, including which other sites are offering pitch discounts, on our non-electric economy pitch page…
