What customers say
This campsite provides a peaceful escape with stunning countryside views, praised for its friendly, accommodating owners. Facilities are generally clean and well-maintained. Visitors appreciate its simplicity and spacious, "wild camping" feel, though many pitches are sloped and toilet facilities are limited during busy periods. A local pub is nearby.

Excellent site with clean facilities, friendly staff
Primitive grass campervan campsite
Liked You could pitch anywhere. Nice views. Site quietened down approximately 10pm but people were still up with fires burning. Friendly staff who kept their distance. Basic facilities but we don’t mind that. Two portaloo type toilets that were spotless.

Liked Second time staying at this great campsite. Toilets clean and sink also very clean. The people who run it our superstars as not only did they drop a fire pit to our tent but they also jumpstarted my van after I left lights on . 10/10 recommend to everyone

Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Loved everything about this place. Wild camping vibes and they keep the portable toilets so clean (two cleans one morning!). Great location in the middle of nowhere. Host was really accommodating when we asked to add extra people and helped with location in the field etc. Superb
Disliked Nothing! The field is on a slant at the bottom so bear that in mind when pitching but that’s all

Liked We stayed for 2 nights with our 5 and 8 year old. Was lovely to just do nothing and watch the children enjoy being free. Clean portal loos and water supply for pot washing. Log burner and log available if needed also. Would definitely return

Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked The camp site is very well ran. The lady who ran the sight, came straight out to sort the flooded toilets as soon as it happened. She was very helpful.
The farm shop is really well stocked and everyone had the fire pits. Really nice little break for a night.
Disliked Disliked the noise from the farm in the morning but it is a working farm!
