Liked The site was so peaceful and I had the best nights sleep. Woke up to the noises of the country. There were lots of beautiful plants and flowers, birds, bees and wildlife. Host was friendly too. My 4G worked well.

Liked The flat fully serviced pitches were close to amenities and I loved the small touches like the curtains around the sink and plenty of hooks. It was quiet but it might be livelier now that the school holidays have started. The mop for campers to use kept everything clean too. Everything was spotless and neat. Booking in and finding the pitch was easy as there was some information to help you get around the site. The information had tips on where to eat etc too. I’ll definitely be back.

Liked Lovely site with lots of amenities. Toilet block was good and not too busy. It was very peaceful and pretty. Areas of shade and as bar too. I had a great pitch. The hosts/owner was great too. I will definitely return.

Liked It would be better in the summer when it’s dry. There were play parks, etc. for kids and a pizza oven that is used in the summer and probably the falconry. The showers were hot and free. Lovely friendly lady on reception.

Disliked The field was so muddy with pools of water everywhere that we left a day early. The mud got everywhere. You had to walk across the field to the facilities. There was a lot of rain. It looked like the site were putting new gravel down on the road so I hope that helps. The toilets did smell of urine on most days and the showers were mixed. There was only one hook on the back of the shower door so not great for hanging everything. You might have to leave some stuff outside of the cubicles. The site were cutting grass and then sorting the gravel so it was a bit noisy at times. There is also a train going past regularly but that wasn’t too bad.

Liked All I can say is FANTASTIC! -Beautiful surroundings and flat pitches. - A lovely garden to sit in -Good facilities with warm showers -Great location for visiting towns and cities in Shropshire and Staffordshire. -A fun games room with pool, darts and even karaoke -The best and most friendly staff -Peaceful and relaxing We were very comfortable and stayed for 11 days.

Liked Quiet site with flat pitches. We had a friendly welcome and the site had good facilities that were clean. It had everything you needed and more as the pub/restaurant was on site and it even had an honesty shop. Great!

Liked Clean, peaceful and well kept site with lovely views. Level, neat, hard standing pitch. Welcoming, helpful and friendly hosts. Shop at reception. The toilets and free showers were hot, clean and modern. These facilities were also heated and warm especially in the evening which was really nice on a cold day. The Bothy was great and we played pool there. There were also games, books, charging points, fridge etc. Very dog friendly with a well kept walking area. Adult only site so couldn’t put stars on here for child friendliness.

Liked Peaceful even with children playing. Level fields in lovely countryside. There was a dog walking field and parks for children to play. Facilities were ok. They were clean but the site could do with more as it got very busy. I liked that you could text to check in too.

Disliked There were a lot of wasps. I think there was a nest under one of the water taps.

Liked Friendly site with play parks, cafe, restaurant, bar and clubhouse. Great location for Dungeness, Greatstone beach, shops and restaurants along the coastal roads. Good, clean facilities (a minor thing was that the temp couldn’t be changed on the showers. We went on the hottest days and a cold shower would’ve been great.) That’s very minor though as everything else was fab, especially the staff who all acknowledged us and made us welcome. We stayed on the fully serviced pitch. It was level and close to the reception toilets and cafe. I had a fresh egg from the chickens with my bacon sandwich in the morning at the cafe. Fantastic and we will be back again.

Liked Lots of space around each pitch. Level hard standing. Peaceful even though by a road. Friendly host. Clean, well equipped facilities. Would recommend.
