Camping and touring

On-site accommodation

Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 4 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Extras

• A charge of €0.70 ($1.23) applies for the use of the shower.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Changes to your holiday

• Changes cannot be made once you have booked.

Vehicles

• Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Extras

• Facilities/activities including parcheggio are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the campground/park are unlit.

Hired accommodation

• Guests must bring their own duvets, pillows, sheets and towels when staying in rental accommodation. You will not be allowed to stay if you do not bring these items.

Dogs

• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €100.00 ($176.09) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorised in advance on the card used to make your booking.

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m..

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.

Pitches

• Please note, pup tents are to be used for storage purposes only. Guests may not use them for sleeping.

General

• Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. between 25/05 and 08/09.
• Reception is unmanned after 8 p.m.. Please inform the campground while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

Pitches

• Sites: a €5.00 ($8.80) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.

General

• The bar is open between 25/05 and 08/09.

Dogs

• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dog Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

General

• The campground/park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Hired accommodation

• The damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit required on arrival can only be paid for in cash.

General

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Pitches

• Units should not be left unoccupied unless previously agreed with the management. Please speak to reception when the need arises, a fee may be charged for unsupervised units.

Arrivals and departures

• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 7 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Pitches

• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Dogs

• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €40.00 ($70.44) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
