Great location, peaceful spot! Praised for friendly, multilingual staff, big pitches, and lovely woodland. On-site bar, shop, and family fun, including a pool. Showers mostly clean, but water temp varied and tokens pricey. Toilet paper sometimes absent. Ideal motorway stopover with good local access.

Liked Ideal stopover just off the motorway. Turned up late due to problems on motorway, staff still welcomed us. Just staying 1 night so put in field across road from site. Shower facilities very clean and good. Gave us shower tokens. Didn’t really explore much of the site.

Liked The location is central to a lot of things in the area

Disliked Showers were cold after 2 minutes. Bought extra tokens to have a longer shower, came out after 8 minutes as the water went cold after about 2 or 3 minutes. Also, no toilet paper in the toilets in the evening or first thing in the morning

Liked Nice camping places with some shade. Lovely swimming pool. Friendly staff in office and canteen. Essential food available in shop and canteen. Great walking paths directly from the camping into the forest
Easy accessible by car and bicycle.

Disliked Showers are not always working well in one sanitation block.

Disliked Que les gens NL ne respecte pas les autres du camps malgré les nombre remarque fait par l'équipe, j'ai appris également que le Roptais est a la recherche de nouveau proprietaire car il va être vendu , je n'y retrounerais donc plus.

Liked Very scenic location nestled in the woods. Good sized pitches. Check in friendly and easy. Great little bar/restaurant and plenty for the children to do between the pool, parks and football pitch. Little shop has loads of the things you need.

Disliked Nothing really although they could warn you that you need your own toilet roll.
