What customers say
Peaceful, beautiful site with generous pitches & a welcoming host. Clean, eco-friendly facilities a hit. Enjoyed the rural setting, wildlife & choosing your spot. Mostly quiet, but occasional plane noise. Manager sorted minor signage/washing-up issues. Highly recommended for a relaxing, back-to-basics break.

Beautifully peaceful site with great pitches
Unpowered grass campervan or tent site
Liked The set up at this site was really good. Lots of space and pitches with fire pits, tables and barrels to sit on. When we arrived the owner was very helpful pointing out where the site was (as we had walked right past it) where the toilets and showers were. It was a really peaceful, relaxed site

It was ok for a stop off heading to Weymouth
Unpowered grass campervan or tent site
Liked The scenery was lovely although it was pouring with rain so not the owners fault. We were walking around getting soaked looking for drinking water and we couldn’t find the showers. On learning after packing up and leaving we realised there was another field. The owner was helpful though and offered us a more sheltered spot as we were in a roof tent and it was very windy. We appreciated this gesture.
Disliked No signposts to tell us where things were and nobody around to speak to.

Unpowered grass campervan or tent site
Liked Quiet, you could camp anywhere you wanted, fire pits scattered about and you could bring your own.
Friendly staff.
Close to toilets and showers.
Fridge and freezer is available to use.
I seen people were charging their power banks in the toilets on a shelf so that must have been ok to do.
Disliked Toilet doors could be fitted better and taller to give better privacy.

Liked ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional stay – highly recommend!
Everything about this glamping spot was amazing. The shepherd’s hut was clean, cozy, and perfectly stocked with running water and all necessary kitchen utensils. The compost toilets were a pleasant surprise—absolutely amazing, clean, organized, and not smelly at all! Showers were great, the view was phenomenal, and the owner was fantastic, friendly, and incredibly helpful. 10/10!
We will be back.
