Great small, friendly, peaceful farm site. Spacious, well-kept pitches (many with water/electric). Clean, if slightly dated, facilities. Lovely quiet spot, handy for exploring and near a pub. Relaxing, welcoming hosts. Occasional farm smells & Wi-Fi issues noted.

We have one row of pitches which are separated from an unclassified road by a well established hedge. The road can be busy at peak times. We are more than happy to move guests to other pitches when asked and indeed if there is availability.

Nice level plot. Clean toilets.
And a nice walk into the village and pub.
Disliked Nothing much to dislike really.
TV reception is pants

Both masts which serve the area give a good TV signal this is something however which we have no control of. Type of ariel seems to be a factor some fare better than others.

Liked Clean, quiet and tidy site with a green area in the middle for kids to play. Lady who greeted us was friendly and informative. Hot showers which were clean along with toilets.

Liked Clean, peaceful location, close to Exmouth and 10 mins from end of M5. Good facilities tidy well kept grounds. Large grass area for kids to play. Within 5 mins of many pubs for food and drink.

Liked Warm welcome. Clean and tidy site. Water on our pitch. All we needed, like a good drier and close to where we needed to be.

Liked We enjoyed our holiday there, it’s a basic site, toilets were clean, washing machine fab, no dog run but they played in the middle of the field when no one was looking lol, manager was friendly, pub down the road, lthe pitch we was on was a bit small, we put arwing up but took down day later as no room
Disliked The smell, it’s a working farm, I get that, and your nose does get used to it
