A tidy, friendly campsite with great access to the Granite Way and Dartmoor. Spotless facilities, good showers, and a handy cafe. Some traffic noise from the A30, but generally well-managed.

Great campsite. Would definitely recommend.
Unpowered grass and gravel site
Liked well kept pitches, friendly hosts , good clean well kept facilities such as toilets, showers, washing up area and washing machine.
Also a great location for hiking or riding bikes.
Disliked As an observation the facilities were at one end of site, so could be a long walk for some campers, but not an issue for us.
Also it is close to main road , so quite a bit of road noise, especially during the day, Again this didn’t bother us but worth mentioning.

Powered gravel caravan site
Liked Great stopover site if travelling down to Cornwall or North Devon, beautifully kept site, facilities clean and well managed. Lovely walk or cycle to reservoir and viaduct.

Very enjoyable visit, and will visit again.
Powered gravel caravan site
Liked Well situated, lovely surroundings, and spotless shower facilities. Very handy that water and rubbish bins conveniently placed. Close to the moor and surprisingly quite, as close to main road.
Disliked Unable to reach the toilets on my disabled buggy as loose stone gravel, the wheels kept getting stuck. This is a common problem with gravel when travelling in a wheelchair of disabled buggy.
