What customers say
Great spot near Brockenhurst/New Forest, friendly staff, good facilities (free fridges/freezers, hot showers). Spacious pitches/pods popular. Some found showers grubby, hot water fiddly, and activities scarce. Pod solar issues, EV chargers faulty. Mains power coming.

A nice campsite, great location just rather expensive
Unpowered grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked Great sized pitch. Friendly welcome.
Disliked Showers were boiling hot and you could adjust the temperature. Wanted to hire a ready to go firepit but was over £20. Quite expensive.

Unpowered grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked Onsite facilities were clean, easy check in process and secure car park away from the tent pitches.
We were cycling from the campsite after check out and thankfully were able to use to shower and car park facilities after leaving our pitch.
Disliked Only downside was the showers which you couldn’t change the temperature on. They were very hot however this was only a minor issue.

Ready tent (five person)
Liked The tent was nice and good facilities
Disliked This place is more for schools on residential...the campsite is by a busy dual carriageway and noise at night from traffic was loud. No activities going on for kids bar one even though website shows archery and all sorts

Would stay again, but perhaps just bearing in mind no activities.
Ready tent (five person)
Liked Friendly campers, shower and toilet facilities well maintained. Site was clean and ready tents were clean, and decent sized. Very standard camp, but an easy enjoyable stay near some lovely beautiful surroundings.
Disliked Noisy road behind our field, up to very late at night, staff not sure when activities would be on, nothing on during bank holiday weekend at all which was a shame as was one of the key reasons for booking this site. Fire pits I felt were a lot of money, £20 a night is insane to me for a barrel.. But alas, next time we will bring our own.

Not family friendly, designed for school groups.
Camping pod
Liked The local area, the fridges / microwave, toilets before they were filthy and out of toilet paper.
Disliked The pre-erected tents are too close together for comfort, suitable for a school trip - not for families to be side by side.
The bathrooms were filthy in the morning - says more about the other campers than the site.
No monitoring of noise at night, or adherence to quiet hours.

Overall, great place to stay with good amenities& access to new forest
Unpowered grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked Not overly busy, so quiet at night and no queues for toilets or showers. Well laid out with very friendly staff and excellent activity options for kids and adults! Very near to Brockenhurst centre and to get to the coast or other areas of interest. Plenty of parking onsite as well and great they have fridges and freeze with free use. Very hot weekend so the cold drinking water taps were great.
Disliked Showers and toilets could have been cleaned more regularly but not a major gripe. It was a super hot weekend and there weren’t many pitches with shade, so just recommend to ask for advice on arrival if it’s planned to be hot weather. Also we had 4 tick incidents so avoid long grass on the edges of campsite.

Great location, great facilities
Unpowered grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked Great location! Huge area although we did have bit of a cut through on pitch 09 but once tents were up it stopped. Great facilities for shower really warm and reasonably clean and tidy, grass on floor but I guess to be expected. The kettle facility is perfect for morning coffee without having to fire up the BBQ again so close to leaving. It's great that you facilitate BBQ on stands we love making our S'mores was a perfect evening. We would stay again.
Disliked EV charge point wasn't working, it was suggested to use the EV at The Huntsman which I booked for breakfast but unfortunately they did not have the correct charge head for my car, luckily managed to get back home with enough charge.
On site restaurant and bar would be an added facility.

From the manager: Thank you for your feedback, we are working on the EV charging point to return it into use for customers.
Excellent stay. Hopefully will book sometime again in future
5 bedroom bunkhouse

Kids love the rock climbing and archery
Disliked None

Excellent for families and wonderful staff
Camping pod
Liked We had a fantastic time with 2 adults and 2 children (aged 2.5 and 5 years). The site had fantastic amenities and the location was perfect for New Forest walks and close to the centre of Brockenhurst. The pods were simple but just what we needed to ensure a comfortable stay
