What customers say
A peaceful, well-located spot with mountain views, close to walks and Keswick. Guests loved the spotless facilities, helpful owners, and handy on-pitch water/Wi-Fi. Minor notes on signage and awnings, plus occasional road noise, but overwhelmingly positive with many keen to rebook.

Liked Beautiful views from the pitches, really nice and quiet and a fantastic location just across the road from Braithwaite village. Showers and toilets were kept very clean and each pitch had electricity and water. Really great for the price.

From the manager: Morning Lee thanks for your lovely review, the recycling situation is under review we had limited options when we started the season but I am told that the Cumberland council are now taking new customers on again so hopefully we will be able to switch to them as they do offer more recycling options, lindsey

Excellent weekend, we'll definitely be back!
Powered concrete slab caravan site
Liked Fantastic site, box pitches with amazing views all around. Facilities are spotless, each toilet, sink and shower to yourself. Owners are very helpful and extremely friendly. There are three pubs within easy walking distance from the site (10 minutes). And hour's walk into Keswick, the walk is beautiful with only about 5 minutes of road, the rest through fields and dirt tracks, not so sure it would be all accessible during a wet period with the boggy land in some parts.
Disliked Not a dislike, more of a preference, the pitches on the front looked a bit close to each other, although the vews are spectacular. The boxed pitches at the back are bigger with very pretty views.
