Grass pitches
Quiet location with great views

  • Simple campsite with moorland views 15 minutes’ drive from Bradford
  • The Piece Hall 15 minutes’ drive; Brontë Parsonage Museum 20 minutes
  • Grass pitches on a farm field; five minutes’ walk to the pub
Get back to nature with a down-to-earth camping adventure at Two Acre Camping, set in a farm meadow with far-reaching views over the wild moors of West Yorkshire, and 15 minutes’ drive from Bradford. There’s an abundance of local walks direct from the site, so you can exercise yourselves and any accompanying dogs in peaceful woodland or on nigh-deserted country lanes. For a typically friendly Yorkshire night out, take a leisurely stroll to the local foodie pub (five minutes’ walk), where you can tuck into fine beers and tempting pub food – and if you’re craving a curry, Bradford is of course the curry capital of the UK. Simple this place may be, but it’s all designed for your comfort and convenience, with fresh water access, easy cassette-emptying facilities and portable toilets. And you’ll be able to rest easy in your tent, knowing that the gate to the camping field is securely fastened at night.

What customers say

Quiet, private spot with awesome views, perfect for a chill break. Owners are super friendly and helpful. Secure gate, basic but clean loos, and fresh water. Farm track's a bit rough but worth it for the spot and vibe. Campfires allowed!

Unpowered grass tent or trailer tent site

Liked We recently stayed at Two Acre Camping and had a lovely experience. The site has a wonderful off-grid feel, surrounded by beautiful tall trees that create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The owner was very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. I also thought it was a lovely touch that there was a box of toys available for children, which kept the kids entertained. The site felt secure, with CCTV and a remotely controlled gate providing extra peace of mind.

Disliked The only downside for me was the toilet. I found the smell quite overpowering.

Unpowered grass motorhome site

Liked Very peaceful. Within walking distance of the pub (10 mins) Wonderful view. Very friendly welcome. Would gladly stay again if it wasn't so far from us. We used it as an overnight stop on our way home from Whitby. There's everything you need except a shower & hot water.
Perfect place for a tent as they are sited in the woods that's in a hollow, perfectly protected from the wind.
There's an automatic gate that locked at night, so a safe place to be.

Disliked The lane down to it is a rough ride, 1st gear all the way. Entrance is narrow. Not a negative just a heads up.
