What customers say
Peaceful spot with friendly staff & great pizzas. Hot tubs mostly loved, though a few cleanliness/temp issues. Basic toilet facilities noted. Museum nearby. Road access & restaurant hours a minor hiccup for some.

Liked the hot tubs
Fully-serviced concrete slab motorhome site (hot tub)
Liked We liked our pitch with a hot tub, the main reason we went. There are three hot tub pitches and we got the one overlooking the fish ponds which, in my opinion, is the best. We visited over tow nights just to relax. The staff are very friendly and helpful and there is a cafe with a bar on site which does take away food.
Other facilities are basic. The toilet block has two toilets and a urinal, with one toilet also containing a shower: there is no hand drying facility. The pot wash has two sinks but no sink plugs ( make sure you take a bowl). We did, however, enjoy our stay.

Liked We stopped here for a couple of nights on our way up to Scotland. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the site is pretty with trees, fishing lakes and glamping pods. There is a bar/restaurant on site and a short walk to the nearby railway museum. Dogs are welcome too, thanks.
Disliked Nothing.
