  • Dog-friendly site on a privately-owned nature reserve
  • A 40-minute drive from Sandringham Estate; walk to the local pubs
  • One-mile woodland walk and railway carriage tea room on site
Setting up base on a nature reserve is very much on the horizon at Manor Farm… and what else? Well, on a privately-owned nature reserve in Cambridgeshire, this stunning spot is also half an hour’s drive away from the market town of King’s Lynn and 40 minutes from the historic Sandringham Estate. First, set off on the woodland walk on site, which is just over a mile long. Set in three woodlands and with open grassy spaces galore, the site is just stunning. One of guests’ favourite spots, of course, will be the 1886 railway carriage tea room on site, which serves freshly baked and cooked real food, all homemade – tea, cake, a full afternoon tea or Sunday lunch, you decide. The site’s dog-friendly too, and a dog exercise field is available for hourly hire should you want to use it. For the kids, just potter over to the kids’ play area. Relaxing and unplugging is easy all around, what with the pretty scenery. Keen anglers can take a 35-minute walk to the local fishing lakes. For those who are more invested in hunting down a local pub for a drink or two, there’s one just next door and another half an hour’s walk away – handy, indeed. The site also has toilet and shower facilities.

Liked Fantastic farm couldn’t have asked for better. Beautiful surroundings, great pitches separated by long grass giving perfect privacy. Toilets clean and smelling of flowers. Shower was great.
3 beautiful woodlands perfect for walking the dog. If it’s piece and quiet your looking for with just the sounds of bird life and other wildlife then it’s this is your perfect place to stay and at £15 a night it’s a steal. Will 100% be back and i’ll tell everyone i know 🥰

Disliked Absolutely nothing to dislike.

Liked The relaxed simple back to basics surroundings - loved the pitch’s amongst the wildflower/long grass great idea and the woodland walk - so lots of butterflies birds a couple of deer bats - some friends joined us for a BBQ on the night we were there - they enjoyed the relaxed vibe too - lots of little areas to sit and enjoy the surroundings

Disliked It was hot & as a result the toilets were a little musty smelling but clean! The tea room wasn’t open and didn’t look like it had been for a while

Liked A lovely quiet oasis of calm, with a large grassy field with spaces cut into it. Flat and we really enjoyed the tranquility. Toilet & shower basic but fine, only saw the owner as we left.
We'll come back for a weekend next!

From the manager: Thanks for choosing us!!!

All the best,safe travels.

Alan and Hayley 🙂👍

Unpowered grass motorhome site

Liked Peaceful and tranquil location. Set amongst a nature reserve. Loads of wildlife. Pitches large and secluded. Great dog walk. Owner extremely friendly.
Would be prime location for events such as weddings, as its so picturesque.
Open to public certain days for them to enjoy too. It has a kids play area, communal firepit area, badminton court cut out in the grass. Great place for an overnight stay or just a general visit. Lovely place, enjoyed every minute.

Disliked Not really dislikes, just comments as we truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. There was a smell from the ladies toilets but also noted 1 was not in use, so this may have been the cause. I never reported it, as only stay 1 night, so the owner may not of been aware. Also, unsure if there were washing up facilities. Didn't bother us, as we washed up at our pitch.

Reasonably priced. We had a lovely stay.

Liked We wanted a quiet, natural setting and this delivered. Alan is the perfect host and has, over the last 30 years, created a haven for wildlife. If you want to leave the busy world behind to relax and unwind surrounded by nature then this could be the place for you. It recharged our batteries.

Disliked My wife spotted more deer than me 😀
