Lovely, tidy site with good-sized spots & helpful staff. Clean loos & showers a highlight, some enjoyed tunes! Kids and dogs well catered for. Minor points: cash bar, some uneven spots. Mostly great vibes, people keen to come back.

Liked The whole park was so clean and tidy. Large pitch sizes. Very friendly staff. Water tap on pitch. Clean toilets and showers.

Lovely campsite with great staff and service.

Liked This is a wonderful campsite for camper vans and tourers. The staff were so helpful and the check in process is slick. As soon as we arrived, they communicated to the guy on duty and we were pitched up within minutes. The touring field is sloped as others said, but with chocks it was fine. The toilets and showers were spotless, the clubhouse on site was a bonus, (certain opening hours) and we booked in for 2 more nights before heading back home. The river walk was lovely at the bottom on the site, and we got a taxi (about £12 one way) into Malvern to meet friends for dinner.

Nice site. No bike riding allowed. No sign written vans allowed???

Disliked Children and adults Not allowed to ride cycles around the park, or the dog field.
Also, in advance, as booked for 4 pitches. I checked verbally if sign written vans were allowed on site, I was advised that they were not allowed, however 2 sign written and were pitched up during our visit, so I wonder why we were told they were not allowed?

For the safety of everyone we do not allow bicycles, scooters, skateboards to be used onsite. It is also correct that we do not accept sign written vans on the field, both customers were spoken to and agreed to offload and park in our overflow carpark near the entrance.
