Spacious, well-located site loved for its relaxed vibe & great play area. Guests enjoyed big pitches, views, and proximity to Abingdon. Portaloos got mixed feedback, though more facilities are said to be added. Hot showers cost extra. Fire pits & woodland walks available.

From the manager: Many thanks for coming to stay at High Lodge Farm and we're delighted you enjoyed the location.
For the benefit of any future customers reading your review, and for your own information should you wish to book again, we make it abundently clear on our website, Welcome Pack and in pre-arrival emails the type of campsite we are, including our facilities.
We have, at significant expense to ourselves, added more portaloos than are necessary on our site, to ensure they're not over-used and remain as clean and as pleasant as possible for our guests. We also supply hand-washing stations and soap.
The toilets are checked and swept three times a day. We are not allowed to plumb in toilets or showers for planning reasons, so this is the option we offer to campers. The vast majority of our guests are completely fine with this arrangement.
