Electric optional grass touring pitch
Liked We had a lovely stay here. Host Anna and Kevin were extremely helpful and at hand when you needed them. Site very well maintained and showers/ toilets in good order and clean.
There were some picturesque walks along River Wissey which always lead to the Bluebell pub at Stoke Ferry ;)
There is a shop across the road in the petrol station which is very well stocked ( no alcohol) so very handy! We found the nearest supermarket was 9 miles away so maybe stock up on provisions before coming.
All in all would definitely comeback and recommend the site.
Disliked On a personal level we are very keen on recycling and saw no bins for this. It maybe that we missed it? Or a council led initiative? this is not a negative on the site just our personal view.

Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked Lovely welcoming from the owner on arrival who was very informative. There was some building work going on for which he was very apologetic and had absolutely no impact on or stay. Beautiful pond to walk around with our pooch albeit small. Lovely location . Onsite shop for the basics if needed was a bonus!
Disliked Nothing to dislike.

Ingoldmells, Lincolnshire, England
Fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Spacious and clean site just on the outside of town. Walking distance to Ingoldmells and eating places. Lovely beach for the dog to walk on.
Disliked We didn’t care for Ingoldmells itself so will unfortunately not be returning. This is not a slight on the site though as the site was lovely.

Fully-serviced hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked Good sized pitches with the bonus of the bar house/ coffee shop. We don’t normally use club house facilities however this had a lovely welcoming vibe about where you could have a beer or cake and coffee. Dogs were treated too with treats and water. The staff were lovely and very friendly. We don’t fish so didn’t use these facilities but the lakes were nice to walk around. We didn’t get the opportunity to walk to the local pub due to adverse weather and it not opening until 5 pm when it was dark.
Lovely site and will absolutely visit again!
Disliked Previous reviewers we note have commented on the train noise however this really did not affect us.

Electric gravel and hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Compact but clean site. Close to a bus stop to York city centre ( cost £3 each way) with the time table in the hut on site. The hut had details of local takeaways too!
Tight entrance for a larger outfit but manageable . Would visit again :)
Disliked Nothing to dislike. No facilities but location good so do not consider this site over priced.

Beverley, East Yorkshire, England
Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked Arrived and straightaway was directed from the notice board to our pitch. There was a pumpkin event taking place and traffic was stopped for our arrival due to a long single tracked lane. Site very spacious with beautiful views.
We were greeted after we had pitched up and given some printed information regarding local walks, pubs and site facilities ( very helpful)
Lovely dog walks around the site which our dog loved. Beverley is around 40 minutes walk away and is definitely worth a visit!
Local supermarket is a 10 minute walk away.
The facilities were excellent with recycling, kitchen facilities, bike sheds and even a dog washing area.
When we left we contacted Olly who kindly arranged traffic control on our exit. Friendly staff members assisted with this.
Overall a lovely stay and will be returning.
Thankyou to all at Butt Farm who made our stay enjoyable.

Electric gravel touring pitch
Liked Beautifully appointed site. Set back from the road with Highlands cows, goat & chickens in the adjacent fields. To the left there were donkeys that made it even more cute!
Beautiful pond and excellent bathroom/ shower facilities, ABSOLUTELY spotless!
Big shout out to the owners Dad who meeted and greeted us on our arrival. He was very welcoming and friendly and made us feel at ease immediately. ;)
Fresh eggs for sale at £1.50 for half a dozen on site are thoroughly recommended. Very tasty!
We will definitely be returning to this site.

We noted the previous reviews regarding road noise but it really didn’t bother us. We slept like logs!
