Liked - The Pod, Welcome pack for the dogs. - The Place - The Hot tub - Reception team (very welcoming and helpful) - Club House

Disliked Nothing the site is lovely and peaceful. Apart from people reading this review on Pitch up their is no twin beds in these pods, 1 double up top, 1 double in bedroom, 1 double sofa bed. The site was very nice and apologetic when this was the case.

Liked - Pool - Amenities - Surrounding area - Supermarkets close by - Toilet/Shower Block/ Pot washing area - Reception member of staff (very helpful) The site was very hard to find after travelling 12 hours, The reception tried her hardest to tell us we had gone into the wrong entrance, She was very nice and sorted us out in the end. Our fault not reading the whole email sent to us telling us tourers have a separate entrance.

Disliked - 1 particular bar staff (needing customer service training) - Bridge into the caravan site - Pool and amenities being so far from caravan pitches - Not getting a pitch we booked (grass pitch) Even though I have written these dislikes the site was good for us as a family of 4, We toured, Relaxed, Drank and had a great week. Site is out of the way but it suited us not moving on to somewhere else.

Liked Lovely site, it had everything we needed as a family and some. Kids loved playing pool and the football pitch We also loved the very warm welcome when we arrived and the help to move our pitch due to ours on arrival being flooded. We would most certainly visit this site again maybe in the warmer months.

Disliked The rain and wind causing us to come home a day early, BUT not the sites fault at all.

Liked This site was very quiet while we were their 17th October for 2 nights. We had moved the dates twice due to car letting us down and the site kept moving it for us. Arrived at 6.30pm at night, Email from site letting us know everything and it was brilliant. Nice 2 nights stay, Kids liked playing football on the pitch and we liked the dog walk. Nice meal on the Saturday night at the Nags Head 5 minute drive turning right out of the gate. Cant fault this site for short stays. We have clicked wouldn't stay again just because we do not do places for a 2nd time.

Disliked Nothing on the site but found F-coffee in Ashbourne centre very expensive. 4 hot drinks, 4 cakes £34.... Wish we had gone in Birds oversite but had dogs with us.

Liked We have just come back to touring since 2020, This was our first family holiday back in a caravan as we have had a static for the past 5 years. Very anxious but it was like we had never been away, Lovely site, Perfect for everything we wanted to do. We liked the high street being a walk away, We liked the day out on the train and 1 day we drove to Barmouth which we also enjoyed. First time holidaying in Wales and we were very surprised and already plan to come back October half term. Showers very clean, Busy some evenings but that's to be expected. 1 night my husband left his wedding ring in the shower block and when he went back some very nice person had put a note on the door saying it would be in reception in the morning, THANK YOU to who ever did this. Perfect pitch we could hear a stream just at the back of us very relaxing. Can not fault this site at all. A+

Disliked Only thing I can say is not having a park for the kids, But my 15 year old was not bothered.
