Liked Facilities were on point, great location for relaxing or participating in activities that the site offers

Disliked Restaurants and Bars need to be more dog friendly especially out of season as leaving pets in the camper spoils the experience if not wanting to sit outside, but that's minor. Swimming pool extra fee was too much. Rather pay little more for pitch and include swimming.

Liked Very warm welcome, site was clean and well laid out with generous pitches. Toilet/Shower facilities were clean and warm, with added bonus of a washing machine and tumble dryer! (Very useful this wet weekend)

Disliked Disliked a little strong but annoying having to remember a code to get into the facilities (in the middle of the night especially) but can understand reasons why.

Liked Just outside Hay-on-Wye, but walkable via a shortcut. Friendly site, layout and pitch perfect, award winning facilities and it showed!

Liked Location easy to find, relaxed atmosphere, facilities were immaculate! Nice shop onsite for coffees and breakfast baps, as well as other bits & bobs.

Liked Loved the quiet peaceful area, site very clean with nice amenities that are more than adequate! Dog zone was great space for daily exercise in an enclosed environment

Liked Very accommodating host, moved us to a better pitch. Site is located in a great area, and laid out very well.

Disliked Only slight loss of a star is the renavations of the shower/toilet block (men's) with ladies due to follow. Which means it will be fantastic when all done but looks dated at the moment.
