We also appreciate your comments regarding the children's disco and the sanitary facilities. The children's entertainment is part of the family atmosphere of our campsite during the summer season, although we understand that it may not suit everyone's preferences.

Regarding the sanitary facilities, our campsite has several toilet and shower blocks located throughout the site. During busy periods they are naturally used more frequently, but our team cleans them several times a day to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Our facilities are mixed, which is a deliberate choice to improve accessibility and make the best use of the available space.

Disliked The noise a large party of French holiday makers, partied until 12.30 am.
No night security
The SAT nav took us on the narrowest road to the site by the naval base, not suitable for large vehicles.
There is a longer route which we discovered on the way out.

However, we are truly sorry that your night was disturbed by noise. We completely understand your disappointment, especially after such a long journey. Maintaining a peaceful atmosphere is very important to us, and we remind all our guests that quiet hours begin at 11:00 p.m.

Regarding the access to the campsite, we are aware that some satellite navigation systems direct visitors via the narrow road near the naval base, which is not suitable for larger vehicles. We are currently improving the information we provide to guests to help them follow a more suitable route.

Liked Loved the site so close to amenities we had a long drive so very welcome at sight had all we needed .

Liked The pitches, good size and surrounded by hedge making it private. Good facilities and excellent serviced pitch. Helpful and friendly staff

Disliked Only one chemical waste at the other end of the site, would be helpful to have an additional one closer to the caravan pitches.

Liked General layout of site was good, especially bar and pool areas. Good size pitches and plenty of amenities.
Staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the area.

Disliked Lack of staff available at certain times was frustrating, though visited in June so not high season.
Water tap on pitch had lots of debris in on several occasions, so used main service pitch facilities for water etc.

We have taken note of your comments. However, we were a little surprised by your remark regarding the lack of staff, as we always do our best to remain available for our guests at all times. The reception and bar are always staffed so that we can assist our guests and respond to their requests whenever needed. We would therefore be interested to know at what specific time you experienced this issue, so that we can better understand and continue improving our organisation.

Regarding the water tap on your pitch, we are sorry for this inconvenience and will reinforce our checks to prevent this from happening again.

Liked Lovely welcome on arrival , pitches are a great size, swimming pools and slides were fantastic more so with the extreme heat ! Whole site was spotless. Pizza at the snack bar was good as was the beer.

Die Dame am Empfang meinte, sie würde auch gerne schwimmen, muss aber arbeiten 😁. Die Infos eher spärlich, vielleicht auch wegen der Sprachbarrieren

We are sorry for this misunderstanding. During our conversation, there appears to have been a language barrier. My intention was simply to explain that our colleague needs time each morning to clean the pool and carry out the necessary safety and water quality checks before it opens at 10:00 a.m.

I certainly did not mean to suggest anything else, and I sincerely regret that my explanation was misunderstood.

These daily maintenance operations are essential to ensure a clean, safe and pleasant swimming area for all our guests. We understand that you would have liked to use the pool earlier, and we appreciate your understanding.
