Excellent facilities.
Very short walk to a bus service into Brest using bus only or bus and tram.

Não gostou Needs a chemical point at the services rather than just at the motorhome point.
Food waste bins swarming with flies and wasps.

Otherwise all good.

Gostou We enjoyed our time at Camping du Goulet a lot. We stayed in a static caravan, which was clean and had functional shower and kitchen. The campsite staff was very friendly. They offer pastries every morning, and once a week or so, there is a crepe night for dinner, which was great. The swimming pools are well-maintained. There is a very lovely pathway through the woods down to the seaside (about a 10 minute walk), where there is also a small restaurant called La Maison Blanche.

Não gostou Not really a dislike, but it's much easier to get around if you have access to a car. There are buses in the area, but a 15 minute drive into central Brest takes a lot longer on the bus. The wifi is okay, but a little inconsistent.

As you mentioned, having a car does make getting around easier, but we hope the charm of the area made up for this small inconvenience. Gostou Everything. The pools and water slides were fantastic. The service in the reception was great. Pitches are a great side and connectivity to services was great. Local beach at Miniou was incredible.

Não gostou Nothing. Although driving to the site it feels a bit of an odd area, it is worth bearing in mind the towns history and the fact it is France’s second bigust military base for their Navy, its industrial in parts.

Gostou È un bel campeggio con strutture fatte bene come bar e piscina, bagni puliti e comodi, soprattutto le docce.

Gostou The Location and the pools, staff were also helpful.

Não gostou Felt there wasn't enough toilets, often saw people waiting in the morning.
Were put on pitch with no hook-up, although had booked. (Staff did resolve once reopened reception, said was pitch up error)

Gostou This site was absolutely excellent. We had such a lovely pitch which was private and sheltered by trees and hedges. The toilet/shower blocks were clean and showers hot. The swimming pools were fantastic and we used them daily with our toddler. The baby pool in both indoor and outdoor was good. We didn’t struggle to get a sun bed at any time of day and the pools were never too busy. Bouncy castle, mini golf and play area all really great. We loved the fresh bread and croissants daily. All staff were very helpful and we loved our stay here. Highly recommend!
