Liked Absolute pleasure to stay with! Every single one of the staff can not do enough for you! Very lovely people park is beautiful just arrived home today and already looking at booking a cabin for November to try them out we took caravan this time but want to try a cabin next time

Liked Nice location within walking distance to Crieff.

Disliked Plots in touring area are looking tired, also toilet block wasn’t the cleanest and can do with a Deep Clean.

We’re sorry the hedges around your pitch were overgrown. Unfortunately, we’re not permitted to cut or trim the hedges during the bird nesting season, so this can only be done from September onwards. We appreciate your understanding, as we have to follow the regulations to protect nesting birds.

Liked Staff are really friendly and helpful

Pitches are a good size with clear maintained areas

Disliked Not really a dislike but it might be nice to have a shelter over the hot tub for when it’s raining. The pipes used to fill the hot tubs are a little hard to connect and we all seemed to be swapping round to get the best one.

We really appreciate the suggestion about adding a shelter over the hot tub. Unfortunately, as our hot tubs are wood-fired, the chimney becomes very hot and having a covered structure above it would create a potential fire hazard. Safety has to come first, but we completely understand how useful a shelter would be on a rainy day!
We’ll also take a look at the filling pipes to see if there’s anything we can do to make them easier to connect. Thank you again for your helpful feedback, and we hope to welcome you back soon!

We’re sorry to hear about the dogs being off lead and leaving mess next to your van. Unfortunately, this is somewhat out of our control when other guests don’t behave responsibly, but we do always ask visitors to keep their dogs under control and clean up after them.
