Lovely, well-kept site. Top-notch showers & loos. Spacious pitches, friendly owners. Great for exploring, handy for pubs & buses. A bit of road noise for some, but minor. A few say bathrooms can get busy, no WiFi. Highly recommended, would return.

Liked We really enjoyed staying at this site as it was ideally located for visiting nearby attractions. The management were efficient, helpful and friendly and let us move to a different pitch after heavy rain. We particularly liked the layout, with trees between some of the pitches for extra privacy. All the facilities were spotlessly clean and well maintained.
Having the public house in close proximity was a bonus, also the Londis at the local garage was useful for late night supplies.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this great site!

Liked Brilliant 2 night stay we really enjoyed the relaxed friendly and easy going vibe of the camp ,peaceful and friendly, clean toilet blocks with showers and staff were very helpful I highly recommend this peaceful campsite

Liked Really enjoyed our stay at Bucket & Spade. Lovely spacious plots in a peacefull setting & very quiet. Really liked the individual bathrooms with toilet shower & sink all in one large room. Very clean.
