What customers say
Grand spot, friendly folk and spotless facilities. Owners are sound, and the farm animals are a tonic, especially the little pigs! A bit of road noise but no bother. Handy for walks, shops and the bus. Top tip for a quiet break.

Electric grass motorhome pitch
Liked The owner and his wife were lovely and welcoming, both very busy attending to the upkeep of the site. The toilet blocks were clean and warm, with plenty of toilet roll. The piglets, pigs, geese and chickens were charming and made the stay really fun as it was like a scene from a disney film when they all came running to greet us or should i say the food we had in our hands!

Has a nice traditional characterful feel if you don't mind noise
Electric grass motorhome pitch
Liked Location Great for public transport and the footie Village less than 10 minutes walk, Aldi supermarket and train station virtually on doorstep. Good communication from hosts. Looks great place to take kids
Disliked Nothing for us personally. Some may not be too keen on noise from adjacent by-pass where it appears local bikers like to do runs although free earbuds are available and was aware of this having travelled up and down said road in past this did not bother me. Appeared to be 2 hookups only available so book early if required. Disappointed their season ends in September as fancied going back in October for nearby Steam Railway beer and music festival but understandable as this is a proper grass only site and these are were minor issues to us personally and did not distract from our general enjoyment of the site

Perfect peace of tranquility
Non-electric grass campervan pitch
Liked Really nice quaint site, hosts very polite and hospitable. The site is very roomy and welcoming especially the little piggies. The site is a short 5 minute walk into the lovely town that has loads of nice walks. The facility are absolutely spot on for what is needed on site and everything they can control they have it under.
Disliked Motorcyclists and boy racers absolutely blasting up the road through the night lets the brilliant little site down.

Liked This site has a really lovely feel to it. We had a warm welcome - and welcome help when putting the awning up. Loved the pigs and geese, and walking around the site, which was bigger than first thought. Appreciated the little touches in the toilet/showers, which were very clean. We live in Silsden and wanted to have a 'dummy run' putting up the awning before going on a longer trip. We loved it so much we will go back when we need a quick break!
