What customers say
Charming, simple campsite with lots of room and privacy. Staff are grand, farm shop's a treat. Different vibes in sections, fires allowed. Facilities are basic but clean enough, portaloos handy. Showers and loos could do with a spruce-up, some say.

Liked Beautiful farmers field, stayed for one night. Charlotte is lovely & made us feel very welcome. Farm shop, wood, toilets, showers, kettle, microwave, fridge and hot water. Was so nice waking up to the little calves grasing in pasture in the morning. Would definitely recommend & return

Liked It was field. You are left alone. What more is they to say.
Disliked Toilets are disgustingly filthy dirty and an huge queue every morning. They need
To clean and They need more. Honestly the council should shut them down as is does not seem sanitary to me.

Field stay non-electric grass and earth touring pitch (large)
Liked Lovely friendly owner. Lots of space to choose a pitch.
Disliked I love a rustic no frills campsite but it was a bit of a party vibe. Lots of barking sketchy looking dogs and music.

From the manager: Sorry to hear you didn't have the best stay. We can't really inspect dogs on arrival for behaviour, but we do our best to accommodate different areas - a family field, a relaxed field, and a social field - so guests can choose the atmosphere that suits them best. might be best to try the relaxing field next time, it could suit you better.
Lovely family and everything you would expect from a camping trip
