Disliked: The water connection was not very close and cudnt find the elsan disposal. For a fully serviced pitch I wouldn't say it was the best

Thank you for your review, each pitch has a tap adjacent to the pitch which is on the same post as the pitch electric which is approximately 6 meters from the far side of each pitch so i am unsure what length hose you had or is location on your vehicle.
the elsan point is adjacent to the toilet block which is passed on the way into the pitch area and as the site is in a circle is maximum 60 meter away from the furthest pitch
but we are very pleased you would recommend us and return again and trust you had a safe onward journey

Liked: Really friendly staff, very clean site and good sized level pitches.
£10 taxi into Chester centre or bus stop just outside the site
Nice little cafe on site as well
Clean shower and toilet blocks
Reasonably priced for ehu and water on pitch
Motorhome drain drop on way out as well
Disliked: Push button shower only lasted about 20 seconds before switching off - ok in summer but could do with being longer in colder weather
Was a little noisy with passing traffic on the A road so bear in mind if a light sleeper
Free WiFi on site but very weak signal
hi we are please you had a good stay. the showers are a pre-set standard unit of 30 seconds . sadly not all guests would turn the showers off after using them which would empty our tank - so as i am sure you can appreciate this is why we and many other establishments have these sort of systems in place.
we sadly cant do anything about the traffic noise but as you point out the facilities are great and we are in a fantastic location to visit chester, the wirral and north wales.

Disliked: We were on pitch 13 and the noise from the road behind was constant, if you can bare this it's a site for anybody whats a perfect location for Chester

Liked: Loved the site , location , staff friendly , helpful, have recommended to 3 friends already , planning to go back
Disliked: Don’t want to be a grumpy old man but would recommend no ball games , caravan and car hit several times , dad of teenager did tell them off , but not too happy with caravan been hit or car

No grey water waste facilities
Request to leave showers as found, understandable, floor water scraper needs to be replaced to do this well
Fairly expensive IMO, however most UK sites appear to be around this price, unless in a club

Disliked: Road is extremely loud, and woke us up multiple times.
WiFi didn’t work (could connect outside the motorhome, but not inside, extremely slow even outside)

Liked: Good sized flat pitches
Easy access from major motorway
bus access into chester
Had on site cafe & dog groomers but we never used
Dog friendlyDisliked: Showers were fine but lacked shower caddy of some description. Maybe even a shower screen to stop water getting near clothing/drying area
Bus stop was too close to busy road whilst waiting with a dog (Not sites fault)
Enclosed Dog run but there was a quiet road you could walk dog with lead
