Liked: This was a lovely site, immaculately maintained. There was water on each pitch and the showers and toilets had been newly renovated and spotlessly clean. There was even a cafe selling breakfasts and snacks. There was a bus stop outside the site into Chester, though the service was infrequent, but the park and ride was a 10 minute drive away. There was also a lovely restaurant less than a mile away.

Liked: The site was well maintained and the toilet and bathroom facilities were spotlessly clean. The owner and staff members were very friendly and helpful and a great breakfast was had at Foxes Tearooms on site.

Liked: Great little site, very easy to get to and handy for Chester attractions including zoo, city and shopping.
Disliked: Take some ear plugs for overnight if you're bothered by road noise

Liked: The motorhome pitches were of adequate size and had all the services we needed. The showers were very good, along with the toilets and are a credit to the site team - Well Done.
Access was easy, even though we were late but sufficient instruction had been given to us.Disliked: The Grey Water discharge point could do with looking into as it was very tight for our motorhome, and I couldn't see where the water was discharging to.

Dear Guest,
We are genuinely sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. But I would like to point out that whilst we are close to two roads, for that reason we are also very close to lots of major attractions such as Chester Zoo, Cheshire Oaks, Chester Racecourse, the walled City of Chester. With easy access to the Wirral and North Wales.
We feel our site is far from basic benefiting from lovely flat well dressed pitches and a BRAND NEW ***FREE*** HEATED SHOWER BLOCK AND SEPERATE TOILET BLOCK. AND ***FREE*** WIFI ACROSS THE ENTIRE SITE.
Checking in could not be simpler. if you come during office open hours you simply call into reception, this is what the first welcome email tells you. The second email is sent in case you may need to arrive later than our usual office hours and simply gives you the gate code and your pitch number with other important information. This is also followed by a telephone call from reception prior to closing to ensure you have the information to hand. As we obviously cant man the Office 24Hours, so we find this usually works well.
That aside we hope you had a safe onward journey
