Everything. This is advertised as a ‘luxury touring site’. Would consider this to be false advertising. It is FAR from luxury. Site next to motorway. Constant loud traffic noise through the night. Filthy shower and toilet blocks - both male and female. Toilet brushes and holders looked like they’d been used instead of the toilet - disgusting. Only 2 toilets and one shower per block. Not pleasant if someone using toilet while you’re showering. Refuse bins overflowing with rubbish, dog waste bags, food waste, soiled nappies. Elsan waste point disgusting. We left as soon as possible after a dreadful nights sleep. We had booked to stay for another night on our return journey, but won’t be returning. If we could leave a no stars review, we would.

Closeness to local attractions such as zoo, city centre and Blacon adventure park. Weather was rubbish and pitch flooded but we had 2-3 weeks worth of rain in 3 nights. Pitch did drain over a day or so. I believe they see adding more toilets/showers which are needed as one per set is difficult. Reviews said new knee being added in October!

Road noise but got used to it quickly. Some sort of play area for the kids would be nice but site is quite s.all so would be difficult. Only met staff day before we left but had no need for them. Always available by text. Onside WiFi is a blessing!

The hard standing pitches had little to no drainage, after heavy rain we woke up to the awning being in 3 inch of water, to top off an already really flooded pitch the grey waste is to go in a Bush that runs down the back of the site. Slabs uneven near the toilets, when it rained they get lifted by water, the elsan point is open and an open toilet and can be seen by all but wasn't kept clean had to cut short my stay due to how wet a hard standing pitch could get

Lovely large fully serviced pitch. Breakfast in the on site cafe is a must. Good spot for visiting Chester and Liverpool.

Toilet block a bit outdated and cleaner didn't even clean marks off the toilet bowl.

The campsite very secure,our 1st camping holiday,very well set out,very good grassed areas ,very clean toilets,no fault with mains supply,large tent pitches.

Road noise noisy at night but got used to it didn't put me off,sometimes other dog users not picking up there dog mess but that's down to lazy dog owners.

The toilets and showers were not adequate enough , only two toilets, and 1 shower , you could be waiting an hour to have a shower if the site was busy ( could do with up grade ) the noise was horrendous from traffic you have the road on one side and motorway on the other , campers in touring vans not very considerate to other campers after 10.30 - 11pm very noisy , the site will be way down on my list for a return

Lovely site, very close to Chester, Liverpool and many attractions. The Foxes cafe is fantastic, but definitely book a table if want breakfast.

Fully serviced pitch doesn't have grey water drainage. The waste disposal is very unacessible and is just an open toilet. It was extremely difficult to empty both grey and toilet waste and very hard if have disabilities. It is also very messy and unhygienic, especially when trying to dispose of grey water as too small. Some people may not like the site being next to the main busy road, but you don't notice after a while. Could only access WiFi when in the cafe.

Great small campsite, good location for Chester, near a bus route. Cafe on site which a fab breakfast
