Le camping est agréable, et l'emplacement près de Chester est parfait.
Les sanitaires ont été refaits à neuf, c'est spacieux et propre.
On entend les voitures de la route qui est proche mais cela ne nous a pas vraiment gêné.

Nous n'avons pas aimé le fait que les emplacements soient si proches.
Les gens ne respectent pas les limites et passent au plein milieu de notre terrain pour aller faire la vaisselle ou prendre leur douche (c'est peut être normal en Angleterre ?)
Nous avons contacté à plusieurs les propriétaires pour leur demander quelque chose, ils n'ont pas répondu à nos mails et nous ont raccroché au nez au téléphone... Pas très professionnel.... !

The toilets and shower block were lovely, clean and shower was hot. Grass pitch was well maintained, and we had plenty of space to kick a ball around on our section. All the other park users were considerate during our stay. The office were helpful in calling us to inform us of a cancellation so we could extend our stay by 1 night, when I made an error in booking for only one night instead of 2.

Next time we will look for a park with a playarea to suit our children better, but we knew there wasn't one here before coming, and the facilities they did have were excellent.

Beautiful, gem of a campsite. Clean, facilities, shop, pet shop and cafe. We had a fantastic week and will definitely be visiting again.

The campsite continuously improving and getting better and better.
The new toilets amd shower rooms open now and very nice and clean.
Future investment by the owner for campsite laundrette, new waste disposal and kitchenet area
Extremely friendly staff and always their for help you.
Starbucks, Greggs, Subways and Asda petrol station shops five minutes walk only.
Sealand Retail Park 10 minutes drive only.
Chester city centre 15 minutes drive only.
Pesto at the Yacht italian restaurant on Parkgate road a mile away and very recommended for dining out without break the bank.

Yes, the campsite noisy, thanks for the Aldi logistic centre, which is only a mile away from the campsite and all day and night lorries going up and down on the village street. Deal with it or use earplugs.
Must be marked area for play pitch for children, where they can play balls games without any scare to make a damage in any tent or caravan/motorhome.
Cannot buy an essential camping goods on site, i.g.: toilet bowl cleaner, porta potty blue or green liquid, special toilet tissue etc.

site is well layed out and has security code for sliding gate,the showers are nice,staff are friendly,pitchs level

road noise both from the M56 and A540 which runs past the site is constant,there is nothing for children to do,the horrendous smell of muck spreading which is obviously outside of the sites control but isnt pleasant,all that said this is a popular site but I wont return

The site is perfectly located to explore Chester, it has had a new shower block and toilet faciliteis installed - both fabulous, lovely hot water. The cafe alongside site is really reasonable and good food lovely staff. A really lovely few days here. We were welcomed on arrival and shown our pitch, staff lovely.

Nothing really, a little noisey at times, but you quickly get used to this and get on with enjoying your holiday/break.

Noise, no staff, new facilities, but not usable

Size of pitch and ease of access onto site.

Condition of toilets. I understand that work was on going to improve facilities but people staying in tents (camping on the grass) bringing mud into the facilities wasn’t the best.
Noise from the road was evident when we arrived but we soon got used to it.
