Liked Best Camping we’ve ever been to,lots of activities for children.

Disliked Thank the pool was closed on Sunday but we went to the beach instead .

Liked The facilities for the kids.

Disliked Poor management of the camping sites, we book a space for 7 people, when we arrived the neighbouring tents had been erected outside of their pitch limits which meant there was no way we were able to pitch the tent we needed. Luckily three of the party had to cancel and we had a small festival tent with us which we used in the tiny space.

Disliked Out door pool closed really hot day 80 plus no reason given probably say need x number of life guards,if so why not close indoor pool lots of shower blocks not all have hot water

- clean and tidy shower block nearby
- complex facilities clean, new and in good order
- good choice of food types

Disliked One of our neighbours played music way too loud, but cut it by the kids bedtime
Wifi quite good, sometimes patchy

Liked overall the camp was ok.the pitch was perfect.
most staff were very friendly. it seemed clean and maintained well
hourly bus routes to Poole and swanage.
it seems a very good place for families

Disliked right. I do realise it wasn't main season, but, on a heatwave Sunday afternoon who decided to shut the swimming pools?????
I come out of the showbar after bingo (20:10) to find the shop shut (well ok) the fish and chip shop shut and the only open fast food chicken shop, out of chicken.
where did the roofing nail come from that went through my sandal while walking along a main walkway????
only a little gripe but I was travelling alone for an event in poole, there really wasn't a pub. there was a showbar, (nice) and there restaurant / costa / bar but no real 'away from kids' place for adults. I know its a kids place really but this is the third park dean I have stayed at the others had one.
