What customers say
This is a quiet, well-kept campground with clean facilities and spacious sites. Guests love the friendly, helpful owners, peaceful vibe, and beautiful rural setting with forest trails. A small shop sells coffee and ice cream. Road access can be tight for bigger vehicles, and shower temps sometimes vary. Ideal for a relaxing escape.

Power optional grass campsite
Liked We had a great time camping, we have a young family and the site was perfect for our needs, the facilities were always clean and the size of the site was great. The family shower room was very handy. The selection of local venison was a real bonus and was delicious! The camp site is in a stunning setting and was great for us to get to both York and the coast. We would highly recommend this site.

Liked Great pitch and location, the lady that was there, was so helpful, we ask to be put near to the bathroom and we where.
We could bbq if we wanted to.
Disliked Didn't sell milk, but it not a big deal, went into Pickering to get some. Wasn't aware if you could get WI-Fi or not but we weren't bothered about that

Liked This was our first time staying here and we absolutely loved it. The owners were very welcoming and the facilities were very clean and well looked after. It was in a beautiful spot with a spacious pitch. We had an electric hook up which was very handy and drinking water accessible close by. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning in the future.
