The shower block was clean, with excellent individual bathrooms for use that comprised of a lockable toilet with a shower and a washbasin. The water was warm and bathrooms were spacious.
The pitches were ample in size and level.

Great location, really easy to find
Clean and well kept with good facilities. Friendly service both on the campsite and in the adjoining pub.
Beautifully peaceful pith right on the riverside. Each pitch has it's own picnic bench and mature hedges give privacy.

Fabulous, smaller site.
Flat, level, generous size pitches.
The pitches are set out well, divided into 2 pitches between mature hedge rows. Plenty of space on the pitch.
Toilet block was always clean and I liked the fact that it was an actual "bathroom " style set up. Toilet, shower and sink all in the one room rather than rows of showers and toilets.
Nice walks direct from site so great for dogs.
Added bonus of a country pub with lovely food aswel.
The wardens are both helpful and very friendly.
This was out second stay here. Would definitely return for a third stay.

Love the good sized pitch with all the privacy hedges . Good toilet block , just a bit warm in this hot weather , the extra toilet block was very handy . Loved the pub, don’t believe some of the reviews the food was excellent and the staff were brilliant . The warden was very accommodating, we arrived a lot earlier than expected but she was great .

Need to think about fully served pitches , with individual water and drainage to suit modern vans (I know that’s a lot of cost but it’s the way vans are developing)

This is our second visit to the Riverside enroute to Devon. Very well looked after site with good shower/toilet block. Friendly staff. Having a pub nearby is always handy too!

Everything was brilliant Everything nice and clean. Everyone was friendly and chatty. The Frampton arms next door served excellent food breakfast was lovely thanks will call again
It was our first experience at campervaning but think we have the bug now 😄
