Nice walk through Rosie’s woods with or without a dog you can the goats across the river running through the woods
The George pub next to site good food and reasonable priced large outside area too

Just need a shelf in showers to put toiletries on

Small campsite with a range of pitches. We had a partially shaded pitch which was great in the summer heat. Two toilets in the middle of the site and a shower block further away with four shower rooms and 2 toilets. The George offered a good range of food choices at reasonable prices and makes a convenient place for dinner if you don't want to cook.

Lovely little stop over. Nice pitch, nice amenities and a bonus pub for lovely food (including breakfast). Will definitely stop again.. Friendly warden despite us being 15 mins after curfew due to traffic.

Could do with better toilet and shower facilities on the site some people feel too closed in with no windows in the container unit that are being used

Spacious pitches and hedge dividers. Clean, good sized shower rooms. Pitch beside river, general quietness in evenings, access to lovely walks and good pub meal.

Disappointing WiFi

Great place as a stopover to travel down to Cornwall.
Small site with a pub which is ideal when you get there late.
Lovely stream within the campsite, that you can walk down through lovely woods for an evening stroll.
Bathrooms clean and tidy, and a nice touch having a couple of toilets nearer to the tents and campers.
Friendly welcoming staff.
Pub food was well received in the evening after a long drive.
