Lovely site, really well maintained and with spotless facilities. Great pub with fab food next door too.

Nice clean showers. The warden was a lovely and a very helpful person.

The height restriction barrier was a bit of a nuisance as we have a high vehicle and the barrier needed moving every time we went in and out. Best solution would be to have it programmed into the card reader which opens the normal barrier

Easy location as off the main road. Bus stop nearby. Pub next to site. Pitches fairly level. Facilities clean. Friendly staff.

Pitches 4 and 5 was a shared space between hedges. We pitched with relatives but would have been too close if not related.

On site of a pub, excellent facilities.
Spacious pitches and warden on site.
Nice walk along the river.
Top class fir a stop over.
Good pub grub.

No wifi in campsite, only in vicinity of the pub.

Nice site. The lady on reception was very pleasant and helpful. We had pitch 18 ex-large - but was dog mess on pitch! The shower facilities were good and clean. Most people used the site for 1night as stop over to/ from Devon/ Cornwall etc. We booked 3nights to explore the area, but due to the barrier/time restrictions was not able to properly. Would stay again but only as a stop over going South.

The only down side for us was the height barrier -if your vehicle is over 2mts heigh you have to be back on site by 8pm - as no one is on reception after that time to raise the barrier ( the lower barrier works after that time, but not the over 2meter one). Apparently it is on the site notes on booking ( which we didn't see), but its right at the bottom and not very obvious.
