Site was decent enough, staff etc friendly. Nice dog walking route. Pub was lovely & food delicious. Ok as a stop off on route to somewhere further away from home.

Bathrooms were excellent, had shower, toilet and wash basin all in the same bathroom cubicle. The George Inn pub/restaurant was excellent, had a very warm and welcoming atmosphere and food was good.

Was not a dislike but pitch number 1 was right next to the play area (which was great for the kids) but somewhat noisy. Also to access the bathroom area you had to walk a short distance along the riverbank which I did not feel safe to do if I needed the toilet in the middle of the night.

The Pub was good and the staff were frendly. Food at the pub was also good.

Our pitch was small and compact. Not the easiest to turn and back into.
Fortunately the pitch at the approach wasn’t in use and spin it and backed up from there.

Location, peace & quiet of location surrounded by bird song.

Lovely clean shower block and toilets. Nicely laid out. Access to footpaths. Welcoming pub.

Large noisy groups until late with children running round ball hitting car and van. This is not the sites fault, families had come for a fun weekend away but weren’t considering others.

Lovely quiet site , very large xl pitch, showers and toilets very well kept. Great to have bar and restaurant within a few yards. Caught the 65 bus to Dursley just across the road to have a nice ramble.

Special mention to the very helpful Warden Georgia.

The site is very shaded by the trees along the river which was fabulous as we arrived on the hottest day of the year 36 degrees!
Very clean bathrooms, staff were lovely both onsite and in the pub.
Pub onsite was a bonus and the breakfast was great
Plenty of woods to visit nearby and frampton on Severn is a beautiful village that’s well worth a visit only just over a mile away.

Showers were very hot especially in the boiling weather and there is no way of turning them down.
Could not get any WiFi unless you were in the pub and my phone signal was non existent most of the time, but it wasn’t a deal breaker.
