Used as a couple night stopover from Devon to North Wales. A brilliant campsite and fabulous staff.
Had a call from Georgia on the Thursday afternoon just checking on our arrival time as there was a weather warning for wind in place. There was no pressure on times.
We were put on a different pitch due to waterlogged pitches.
Shower block was brilliant and the individual rooms were a nice touch.
The height restriction barrier is great idea in the modern world where caravans are stolen from site.
Pub food smelt great but didn’t visit
Definitely one for us to return to and explore the local area.

Toilet block was clean and tidy and lots of hot water

The kids park need some minor repairs

A good place to overnight travelling to Cornwall, warden friendly and helpful and meals at the pub were great

New toilets and showers. Spotless and probably the best we’ve seen. Security was excellent.

The weather!

Well kept site in a lovely location. Great walk along the river Cam. Pub decent.

Nice warm welcome when we arrived, secure gates onto the park operated but an access card (£10 deposit for that). Hard standing on the pit ch we chose and with the amount of rain we’ve had that was probably a good call.
Quiet site right next to the stream/waterway with each pitch getting its own picnic table.
We had breakfast in the pub it was really nice and not silly expensive either.
Showers and toilet block used the access card and were clean and well kept with four individual bathrooms up a small flight of stairs.

Lovely small site, facilities well maintained, warden v helpful. Good position by river and nice location to visit locality

Access to shower block was a bit strange.

Quiet site with lovely pub that does great food that you can walk too,best Sunday carvery ever had.
