What customers say
Dreamy Hollow's a peaceful, private woodland getaway. Staff, especially Harry, are super helpful. Facilities are clean & basic with hot showers. Love the natural beauty, wildlife, and WW1 trench tour! Road noise and busy times can be a bit much.

Dreamy Hollow , a wild and wonderful experience.
Unpowered grass tent site (two person)
Liked I had been looking for a different type of campsite , not your everyday run of the mill type place, something a little different . I came across Dreamy Hollow and all the boxes were ticked. I love the idea of having separate areas for camping, privacy and that feeling of freedom, it feels like you are wild camping . The wheelbarrow idea is fantastic as well to take your gear to your area from the car park . The toilets and showers are basic but clean and there is a washing up station. The shop sells ice cream, marshmallows for when you have your fire going and also they sell fire wood. If you are looking for a different kind of camping experience or some time out with nature , Dreamy Hollow is the place to come .

Perfect spot. Had great time at Heritage Live only 20 minutes away.
Unpowered grass tent site (six person, adults only)
Liked Secluded nature of each pitch. Each felt very private and separate from the others.
No cars away from the car park. Even with the furthest pitch the use of wheelbarrows wasn’t a problem.
No electronic music/sound. Very peaceful.
Disliked Take your own toilet roll. Not a major dislike and fairly standard on any campsite but the toilets weren’t regularly replenished.

Brilliant site with unique pitches and helpful owners.
Unpowered grass tent site (four person)
Liked The owners were incredibly helpful and friendly on arrival, giving us plenty of instructions to help us get there and get settled in. Our two pitches were perfect for our needs, and were equipped with fire pits ready for us. The car park had plenty of space for us all. The best bit was by far the setting. The whole site is extremely well kept and we would definitely consider returning.
Disliked Nothing of note.
