Billing Aquadrome

Μου άρεσε We loved the tribe den and the activities, friendly staff. i have to say the staff in the venue restaurant are great. They nonstop work despite the fact it looked like they were short staffed at the weekends. Also cannot fault the food in the venue, it has been great.

Δεν μου άρεσε The toilet blocks need some attention/cleaniness. Also the swimming pool changing rooms need to monitored throughout the day. The cleanliness needs improvement.
Also the food ordering system machine wasn't working and it did put pressure on the staff in the venue. If something is not working they need to put out of order signs on.
Also displaying opening times on your buildings the venue and the activity den.
It tells you completely different times online!!

Μου άρεσε Plenty to do, lots of toilets and showers. Very helpful and friendly staff

Δεν μου άρεσε Very little lighting in the touring area. The foot paths are useless, they hold water and definitely not wide enough, the road is very busy near the venue so walking on the road isnt really an option. Wifi isnt an option for the touring site.

We’re pleased you were able to enjoy a quieter stay with us. Regarding the showers, the water is set to run for a shorter period before needing to be pressed again. This is part of our efforts to reduce unnecessary water usage and be more mindful of the environment.

We appreciate that this may take a little getting used to, but doing our bit to save water and look after our environment really is in our nature.

Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back for another stay in the future.

We’re so pleased you found the pod cosy and enjoyed its beautiful location especially being in such a great spot for a bit of fishing! It’s also wonderful to hear you enjoyed the facilities and found our team friendly and welcoming. Creating those relaxing little getaways really is in our nature!

As for the spiders… we’ll have a word and remind them they weren’t included in the booking!

We’d love to welcome you back in the summer to experience even more of what the park has to offer!

Μου άρεσε Great showers and toilet blocks. Used the shop which was sufficient. Clean and tidy site. Didn’t use ‘The Venue’ but I’m sure it’s lots of fun for families. Easy to access from main roads running through Northampton.

Δεν μου άρεσε Lots of kids cycling about in the dark with no lights which seemed unsafe as cars and vans were still driving about. Some noise late at night from chavs yelling at their mates. Could do with staff enforcement of good conduct amongst visitors.

We’re really pleased to hear that you found the site clean and tidy, enjoyed the shower and toilet facilities and found our onsite shop handy during your stay. Being easily accessible while still providing somewhere to relax and enjoy a break really is in our nature!

We do appreciate your comments regarding children cycling after dark without lights, and we completely understand your concerns around safety with vehicles moving around the park. We would always encourage everyone to be mindful of other guests and to enjoy the park safely and responsibly.

We’re also sorry that you experienced some late-night noise. We expect all our guests to be respectful of others, particularly during quieter hours, and our team and Security are there to assist when issues are reported.

Hopefully next time you’ll get the chance to pop into The Venue and join in some of the fun too!

Thank you again for your balanced feedback, and we hope to welcome you back.
