Positiv starting with the host whom was very accomodating and chatty although not over powering he had a brilliant knack of being there just when you needed him the rural location the alpaccas all the people on the campsite were friendly as were the children so the entire stay was a fantastic experience

Negativ the washing up area needs to have a seperate area for washing hands or brushing teeth. the sink area was in need of a bit of attention. however this is the smallest criticism

Negativ No urinals in any of the gents toilets so little ones tended to pee on the seats.

Positiv an amazing tranquil place thoroughly enjoyed our stay here my daughter loved the ducks coming up to say hello at the door to the tent. its within easy walking distance of skegness (1 mile) and ingoldmills (2 miles). will definately be returning next year. facilities almost imaculate. and the amputee guy that runs it is a pleasure.

Negativ a the couple that sat up drinking and swearing loudly until almost 2am next door to us. and on the last day another familly arrived that constantly swore loudly at their children which could be heard across the park and also letting their dogs run around free scaring ours. this is no fault of the sites management although they must have heard th racket from the 2 nights mentioned.

Negativ Only one gents toilet and only one shower in both the gents and ladys although plastic toilet cubicles were available not really suitable for a 3 year old to use
