Positiv Lots of space and friendly manager (Martin)nothing to much trouble,just ask and very accommodating, clean facilities, water pressure amazing in toilets and shower,thanks Martin for taking our picture in our England shirts ,although we didn't win and borrowing colin a fishing net ,see you bank holiday weekend .Jane and Colin.

Positiv Very helpful site manager and friendly welcome,lot of space between caravans,lovely kept site and clean,toilets showers alway clean, they have everything you need club house ,cafe lovely walk in a huge field for dogs would come again thank you.

Positiv Second visit for us so we brought along our daughter and family with 4 children loved the fishing ,no charge for the kiddies with fishing ,adults do need a fishing licence to fish which was fine with us and a charge of £10 per day ,we treated the family to fish and chips on the Friday which were very nice although a little expensive when there's 8 of you 😀 maybe not bring the grandkids next time !!! (only joking) .The site once again is immaculate and just love the scenery to just chill out ,toilet and showers always clean and tidy .The site is very secure with a electric gate which is coded . We loved our stay and will be back ❤️

Positiv If you want peace and quite surrounded by stunning scenery this is the place to be,me and my husband and 2 little dogs came for the week,husband says one of the best places to fish and all the fish or in the best condition,toilets and showers immaculate, pitch size are huge so plenty of space,Tesco takeaways shopping ect only 8 minutes away by car 15 minutes walk to the pub .The owners are very friendly and keep the place so lovely also a little cafe on site open at weekends we will be back and thank you for a lovely stay .

Negativ Dog walkers not picking up after there dogs when bins are provided,we came with 2 dogs and cleaned up after them ,I even had to clean our pitch before we set up as someone didn't do it !! Not owners fault i must stress .

Positiv Lovely new little site with 7 level caravan pitches,loads of room for awning and chairs to sit outside, a toilet and shower newly built and kept clean and 2 porti loos ,we stayed 4 nights and lots of country walks and pubs around. Oliver the young chap always friendly and polite,this is a new site and as lots of potential. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back .could do with a sgne

Positiv Peace and quite touring site,nice walk to nearby village with pub spar shop and a lovely church were the lady let us look around,only 10 minutes into the town of Retford. Our pitch had £3 electric put on when we arrived it ran out the next night and we purchased another £3 that lasted and some money was left on . The pitch was a little small for us as we like to sit out but not much room this was my only gripe. Toilet and showers very nice and spotless.

Negativ As above a little to small for us but they have super pitch that are bigger .

Positiv I like the space between caravans lovely shrubs been planted since we last visited,will love to see how they grow over the years,water and electric behind your caravan, nice play area for children lovely cafe,enjoyed watching the swans with their 4 eggs ,nice walk round the ponds and kept lovely will be back .🙂

Negativ Only one toilet and shower for all caravaners and the toilet broke on first night but soon got sorted out by the owners ,ino we have our own facilities but number 2s a no no in our caravan 🤣,the cafe toilets can be used till 4pm then they close .

Positiv The wildlife weather was kind to us .

Negativ Ladies toilets only 3 for the whole campsite gent only 2 ,showers the same toilets didn't flush properly and no toilet roll when I went to use them ..need upgrading .It was bank Holiday so the whole site was crammed and lots of people needing the loo at the same time so queing every morning.We were all set up then another caravan and trailer tent came next to us and pitched right next to us .was to close FIRE HAZARD !! made inquirys about this and its not allowed. I think because it was a bank Holiday the owner /manager let tents caravans pitch to close to get as many in as possible this was not good .We had to put our cars in the carpark as no room .The morning we left I walked my dogs round the site and someone had emptied hot Ash in the trees and it was still smouldering. God forbid any caravan or tent ever get caught on fire because this would be a disaster. Also only 1 water tap for all the site .you probably will take this review off but I will post elsewhere to make people aware of the fire hazard..please do something about this before a tragedy happens. Will not be returning .This is a honest review and need to be left on.

Positiv Close to Bridlington, Scorbough,Whitby. Nice shop and club and chippy.

Negativ Toilets and shower could do with a upgrade but kept clean considering muddy wellys from tenters,management could put a sign up outside shop as children loved playing football and kept hitting shop window ,I did go out once to tell them to watch my caravan as my caravan was close to the shop and got some lip, later we went to the club on site and on returning one of our tubes were deflated on our awning, we pumped it back up with no problem so was let down deliberately !!

Positiv Lovely site very friendly ,fish are in top condition which is very good to see,toilet showers clean.As a pub for drinks and food at weekends .if you want a chilled weekend would recommend 👌. FREE WIFI.

Negativ Nothing to do with the owners but we had a busy body next to us ,hopefully won't get him next time we visit .

Positiv Lovely stay,very spacious for our caravan and awning clean toilet and shower, only one of each and are unisex so have to share .wasn't busy though .would visit again.

Negativ The English weather and price on website says £18 a night but we paid £22 ..fishing is £8 per day but for £22 should be included in stay or a reduction for campers other than that we enjoyed our stay .

Positiv Lovely hospitality by the owners ,amazing Halloween party for the guest,nothing to much trouble, was made very welcome ..it's a new campsite only been up and running since June and it's fabulous, you will not be disappointed staying here as it's one of the best we have stayed at and we have been caraving/camping for many years..Lisa and Dean or lovely .

Positiv We loved our stay at stonebridge..very peaceful, husband went fishing and caught some nice fish would recommend for a quite weekend,spring lambs were adorable and lots of spring rabbits ,touring site kept very nice and lots of room ,,toilet and showers were clean,friendly staff would come again .

Negativ Toilet block on a sensor light so if you go at night time in the shower like my husband did be aware the light will go out..also had 2 radiator but weren't on so a bit cold getting out of shower ,other than that fine.
