Positiv Returning customer as we love it here! The pitch was a great size, absolutely love the scenery, the lakes and views are beautiful. We spent a lot of time at the lakes as we were blessed with fantastic weather however we had no shade whatsoever on our pitch which was difficult for the dogs. We loved the bar and the pizza, my partner enjoyed the table tennis. The facilities are adequate and close enough to the pitches, the staff that we met were all friendly and helpful Thank you for a lovely stay

Negativ Bathrooms were generally clean but very cobwebby which could trigger some people, 3 doors didn’t lock and 1 door wouldn’t open in the unisex bathroom- we also had loud groups around us at the weekend which stayed loud quite late and then early but it’s to be expected at a family site up to a point

Positiv Absolutely loved this site, friendly greeting from reception ( remember £10 cash for the handy little gate fob) our pitch was perfect for our tent set up, loved the shared freezer. The whole site was immaculate, toilets were very clean and fresh. I was worried when I saw there were only 3 toilets and showers but quite honestly I only saw a couple of people when I was in there. We especially loved that it was dog friendly, my chihuahua had the best time in the dog walking field- it’s huge and brilliant that she could be safely off lead in there. Dog tie hooks everywhere too and all of the campers we met were very friendly and chatty. We struggled to put our new tent set up away on time and the owner was very accommodating Thank you so much for a well needed break ☺️

Negativ Literally the only thing that I can say is the gap under the gate in the dog field was big enough for my little chihuahua to get under- she didn’t 😬

Positiv We had a fantastic stay, unfortunately we had a medical emergency within our group on our first day and the staff couldn’t have done more for us they were all brilliant- especially Todd and the lady on reception (sorry I didn’t get her name) Once back and normal ish we loved the lakes and fishing, the kids enjoyed the park, the adults had fun with table tennis. We found the showers clean and tidy and the site was spotless and we will definitely be back- thank you so much

Positiv Absolutely loved it, had an amazing 3 nights here. The location is just perfect. We were next to the goats and they were very well behaved 😊 Loved Sam’s bar Local take away delivered to reception

Negativ No late check out any more 😔 Showers were broken in our block on our last night which was a shame

Positiv All great, had a problem with a lot of goose poo but having spoken to reception since I now know I should have mentioned it and they would have sorted it. Lovely site, had a great weekend 😊
