Positiv We stayed in George for two nights, 2 adults and our two children (17 & 13). The hut and kitchen have absolutely everything you need, no need to pack any kitchen items including plates and cups etc. The hut is really homely and cosy, and the 4 of us fit in really comfortably. We had amazing weather so managed to cook and sit outside late into the evening, we used the fire pit too which was another lovely touch. The site itself is so peaceful, the way the huts are placed you really feel like you are the only ones there! We were dreading using the shower but it was actually a very pleasant experience!!! The owners are lovely, nothing is too much and they are happy to help with any local places to go. Getting up for the loo in the middle of the night and seeing the sky bursting with bright stars was brilliant!!! We will definitely go back one day.

Negativ I’m fussy so the compost toilet was never going to be my favourite part of the stay. That said, the toilets are spotlessly clean and do the job they are there to do! A freezer compartment to store ice for drinks would be handy.
