Positiv Such a relaxed and friendly site. We received a really personalised friendly welcome on arrival. First time visiting the York area, and we learned about a few exciting local attractions. Will 100% be staying again!

Negativ Not really a dislike, but I just wish that little sites like this had a little site shop, for the bear essentials.
