Positiv Excellent, clean, well maintained facilities. Friendly staff. Free Wifi in designated areas. Beautiful and well maintained woodland and grounds. Lots of space in early June. Convenient for Royal Cornwall Show.

Negativ A safe area but no site security as experienced on other sites. Not a dislike but a comment.

Positiv Stan, the manager was lovely and very helpful. Well managed. Amazing views.

Negativ Not our usual type of site as used to 5 star seasonal coastal sites. Nevertheless, was perfectly adequate for our stopover needs and seemed appreciated by other more permanent residents. Facilities reduced due to low season. What three words would have been useful. Slow water fill of toilets.
