Vom Platzbetreiber: Many thanks for your review , lovely to meet you both. Rightly or wrongly , regarding telephone answering being poor we tend not to answer the phone and let it go to voicemail , the reason being 95% of calls are asking about availability of pitches , the voicemail message asks them to book online as the system checks the instant availability , we will ring people back if they already have a booking and leave a message, otherwise we are spending too much time answering the phone and saying the same thing as the voicemail, it is just my wife and I running the site. Interestingly a site near us does not even offer a telephone number to ring and only take online bookings or take emails.
