Positiv The location of the site was fantastic, right on the canal path, cafe, restaurant and garage all within walking distance. Pull up and park where you like.

Negativ The field has a huge dip in the middle so little tricky to find a flat surface. The facilities are very basic with 1 porta loo and 1 shower which you have to fill a bucket with water, submerge shower hose, turn gas on, turn water pump on and shower quick before your bucket of water runs out.

Positiv The pitch we were given was between the trees next to the lovely stream

Negativ Water was cold in the shower. Only one shower cubicle and one sink for washing lots so little wait to use them.

Our showers are in good working order, we test them regularly and would ask anyone who has trouble making the water hot to just let us know and we will fix it asap as we understand the importance of hot showers when camping.
