Positiv We stayed for 1 night. Couldn't be any more rustic. There were only 2 other vans. So very quiet. No signal which didn't hurt for one night. From memory there were 3 toilets and showers which were eco and clean. There was a washing up area too. In there middle of no where. No shops or pubs in walking distance. Great place to go off grid.

Positiv the location, about 5 miles from Stratford. The owner was a character and a lovely man. Great value for money at £12 per night,

Negativ The toilet showers were unisex and could probably do with an update but maybe that is me being picky.

Positiv The lady that run it, was helpful in regards to helping find a pitch that suited us. It did us for 1 night.

Negativ Toilets/showers weren’t the cleanest and there was a smell of drains. The whole site was dated. It cost us £45 and so I expected a lot more. The lady said if we booked direct, it would have been £30 but I feel that it just wasn’t worth that. Location wasn’t great
