Positiv Reluctant to leave a good review because I don't want to come to book again to find it full up. This site is really lovely. If you are looking for a site with lots to do, this isn't for you. It's peaceful and only a few pitches which is exactly what we look for. Plenty of room for the kids to play, toilets and showers always clean. The owners don't try to ram as many tents into the pitches as possible like some sites. The owners were a delight, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. My daughter loved being able to go up to the horses fence and even got to go inside the chicken coop with the owner to say hello to the chickens. There's a small washing up area and drinking water taps too. We will be annual visitors and can't wait until next year.

Positiv We absolutely loved it here and will definitely be returning customers. The site was lovely and quiet and not too many pitches. Perfect for what we were looking for. John and Val were lovely and so welcoming. They keep the site clean and tidy at all times and the shower block that is being built looks to be perfect.

Negativ Other guests that can't respect the site but unfortunately you will get that everywhere!

Positiv Love Kelham Hall. We go every year. Lots for the kids to do, lovely walks and friendly staff.

Negativ This was the first bank holiday we have been and wouldnt go again. We were in a field like sardines and no matter what time of day you went, the showers were so cold it was like you had switched the cold tap on.

Positiv Lovely site. Nice being able to visit the house and there is an indoor and outdoor play area for the kids. Showers and toilets clean but small. Plenty of hot water.

Negativ Showers too small. No space to get dressed.
