A little muddy

Staff were friendly.

The disabled toilet/shower door window was see through. Children were playing on the ramp and directly outside of the large window as I sat on the toilet. I dread to think what it would be like on dark evenings when the light is on. I felt so uncomfortable I had to try and shower in the main shower cubicles. This was also difficult as the showers need a spare hand to keep on the button constantly for water. Also the disabled toilet/shower combo was much colder that the main units.

Facilities well thought out, quick and easy check in. Staff very pleasant.

Signage to the site was poor particularly when arriving in the dark. The outdoor pool was closed on a beautiful hot day - staff informed me it was seasonal - but the website said it was weather dependent - then the indoor pool was fully booked.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Seemed to be lots of activities and the clubhouse looked great but we couldn’t take our dog in so didn’t try it.
Toilets and showers good , with showers being very spacious although nowhere to put anything.

No dogs inside clubhouse and weather was awful so couldn’t sit outside. Grass pitches only so could become boggy and impossible to get off pitch. Could use some hard standing pitches.

Nice walking area. Clean tidy site.

Swimming pool, club house and especially the restaurant

Showers as water not stay on unless button held, very hard to wash with one hand!!

It was clean and tidy, there wasnt much for the kids to do and was no where near the beach as stated however hook and set up were fine. We had to book a place for the first night as was to late to check in. Which resulted in an unwanted expenditure of £70. As staying in the car wasnt viable for the children. The two pitches i requested were miles apart so one was useable disappointing but not a deal breaker. Some of staff were amazing and helpful and others were so rude.

The female toilets were a bit dirty and the showers were dirty and you had to keep the button pressed in to make the water come out so hair washing and back of body washing were difficult.

Staff was nice and polite

Shower blocks were nice and clean but you had to keep your hand on the shower button to get water which was not good trying to wash hair and body with just one hand x paid £71 for week out of season which was a great bargain but when asked if we could stay one extra night they wanted £54 for the one nyt,so because of this we didn't stay the extra nyt
