The breakfast and the young lady who served us. Close proximity to Hemsby etc.

The older woman in the restaurant training someone. Extremely rude, dismissive and disrespectful. The showers were stuck on boiling hot. The entertainment was awful.

Outside pool -/ pub food

Piches to close to each other had to negotiate between tents to use the disable toilet which needs to be updated toilet rail was loose and not fit for purpose launderette was not in use had to travel to a other site for one and finally be careful which way you come there is a restriction of 6' 6" wide road not good if towing a caravan.

Good facilities, lots for kids to do

Had issues with electric supply (not the fault of the park granted but we were not really kept informed on the status of the powercut). No hot water in showers second night.

Not much apart from leaving the site to go into Great Yarmouth.

Toilets were absolutely disgusting at the camp site. Covered in faeces the whole weekend. Who even leaves it like that, let alone the people having to clean them. The staff in the main restaurant had 2 extremely rude managers too. Not great for a first encounter when we first arrived. Just meant we refused to spend any more money in there the whole weekend.

Great camp site the kids loved it, lots for them to do!!! They loved swimming, arcades, entertainment the camp site felt safe and the staff were great. Close to great Yarmouth pleasure beach

Showers don’t stay on long enough the minute u stop pressing they switch off also they could do with being a cleaned better!
Don’t be put off if you can’t book any slots with activities that are free they are pretty laid back and let you just join in with swimming etc

Few things for kids to do out door heated pool is good food great

Camping pitch ok abit worn down dips in the ground showers face to keep your hand on button for water to come out

The facilities looked really good but didn't have time to use any due to issues explained below.

site was not for us. Turned up and the police were there. Someone had been assaulted. Pitch was crammed in with two other families. Disabled toilet had womens clothes in and wasn't very clean. It appeared anyone was using them and not just to go to the toilet. Lots of noise, music after 11pm, electric motorbike racing around and horrendous swearing to children about the age of 10. It's a real shame as we have been to a park dean before and thought it was fine but we won't be coming back to this one.

Location

Pitches were uneven, dry & dusty with very little grass remaining.

Was not worth the extra cost we felt we paid for access to the pool as it was so popular you only got a short time there.

Staff fabricated toilet checks. At 5am this morning the ladies hadn’t been checked since 3pm yesterday & toilet paper was running out/empty in most cubicles. By 7am a fake entry for after 1am had been added saying they had been checked & filled up. Not good enough with that many people on site.

10am check out is also early compared to a lot of other sites. Tent was still wet from dew when we had to take it down.

The weather

The showers were awful, had to hold the button the whole time you used them. only 5 men's toilets and showers for what 50+ pitches?
