Loved the spacious pitches was enough space for my caravan , awning and car with room to play also .. the facilities were nice and clean on every visit both male & female bathrooms ..

The entertainment was spectacular, always with a giant smile and so enthusiastic with the children it was a great way to spend the evenings!

Also the walk to Burgh castle grounds was lovely to walk through and to have a picnic on the grounds.

Will definitely be back again as much as we can !

Pitches good size and clubhouse facilities clean

Camping facilities were very poor and dirty. During our 3 night stay we didn’t witness anybody clean them. A wet floor sign was left in the middle, but that was about it. We used the indoor swimming pool facilities and they were dirty, and need attention. Two of our party injured themselves on a cracked tile in the pool. Which resulted in the child needing to have his foot glued and the adult having to have skin closures on their knee. The lifeguards were inexperienced and young, but did the best they could in the situation. The first aid kit was very poorly stocked and no process appeared to be in place for such incidents. We were asked to keep the site updated and made contact with the reception team. Very disappointed nobody from Parkdean Resorts has contacted us to check how we are.

The location is nice. The pitches are a good size, and the main clubhouse was clean.

The toilet block was disgusting! We stayed for 3 nights, and I never saw the toilets cleaned during our whole stay (the sign on the toilet door said they were cleaned twice a day). Some of the worst facilities on a campsite I have seen, not just the cleanliness, but it needs some major repairs and maintenance. We used the indoor swimming pool, and again, it was dirty and very poorly maintained. Two of our party injured themselves on a cracked tile in the pool, which has resulted in the young boy having his foot glued together and the adult female having skin closures put on her knee. The lifeguards on duty were young and inexperienced, but handled it very well. The first aid kits were very poorly stocked, and we had to go out to buy additional resources. A member of management came into the pool area while we were still there and asked us to let the reception know of an update later that day, which we did. No one from Parkdean has contacted us to see how they are, very poor customer service.

Very dirty!!! Toilets, showers, washing up block. Very limited entertainment. Pool closed all day Sunday & couldn’t book any other times. Food in the clubhouse not suitable if you are gluten free. Plus very expensive £20 a pizza
